We want you to feel happy with every purchase you make. If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase from Gems & Metals, we are happy to make the return & exchange process as simple as possible.

7 days Full refund, Exchange or Store Credit

You can return your unworn, non- altered jewelry or accessory for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. For returns received within 7 days, we will refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping charges). If you prefer a store credit, let us know as well.

You can return your unworn, non-altered jewelry or accessory for an exchange or store credit up to 30 days from the date of purchase. You may be able to exchange the item for a different size or style of the same item you purchase or you can request a store credit.

Returns & exchanges are not allowed on engraved items, customized/special orders, custom jewelry designs or loose gemstones.

Gift returns can only be exchange or converted into a Gift Card.
